I am thrilled to be launching an exciting mix of new and returning classes this term – Tap, Contemporary Jazz, Musical Theatre, Dance for Fun and stretch sessions. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the very first time or you’ve been performing for years, there’s a class here for you.

I began my teaching journey after qualifying in Freestyle, Tap, and the Musical Theatre Syllabus with the International Dance Teacher’s Association in 2006. Alongside this, I trained for several years with a local contemporary dance teacher, which shaped my collaborative and modern teaching style. No matter the genre, I bring this approach to every class.

Having taught both children and adults for many years, I’ve seen how dance can inspire, build confidence, and spark creativity. This journey has been deeply rewarding, and my passion remains the same: to nurture a love of dance and performing in people of all ages and abilities.

Class Details

Adult Tap – Thursdays

All abilities are welcome – if you are not sure which class is for you, then come along at 7pm to try it out!

(We deliberately overlap our tap classes to help beginners feel encouraged!)

Beginners – New Class!

Thursdays 7 – 8pm
Starts 2nd October
New Class Promotion : First 4 weeks free!

Intermediate

Thursdays 7.30 – 8.45pm
For experienced or “rusty” tappers.

Advanced

Thursdays 8.30 – 9.45pm
For experienced tappers looking for a group to perform with.

Class fees

£10 per week (42-week term in line with school terms)

Performance Opportunities
There are regular opportunies for the Intermediate and Advanced groups to take part in local performances, cabaret, and charity events.

Contemporary Jazz – New Class!

An eclectic mix of dance styles ranging from contemporary to jazz. This is a collaborative group, for all ages, working on fitness and dance technique. This is a performing group so some dance ability and experience is required.

Wednesdays, 7.45 – 9.15pm

Musical Theatre for Kids – New Class

Wednesdays, 4.00 – 5.30pm
Ages 8 – 14

Adult Stretch & Dance for Fun – New Class

Wednesdays, 1.30 – 2.30pm

Multi-Class Discount

If you sign up for more than one class, we offer a £3 reduction on the total cost.

Wedding Dances

We also offer a wedding dance service. This is a bespoke package of 6 lessons during which I will work with you and your partner to create a “first dance” that is special and personal to you both. Using the music and style of your choice, I will choreograph a unique dance just for your day, that you both feel confident doing and that reflects your personalities and style. The cost for this is £320 and includes all 6 lessons and choreography. I will even discreetly attend your reception and give you support on the day if required!
